At The Butcher’s Cut, meat isn’t just dinner — it’s a way of life.

 

I’m Alfred Maslowski, a former butcher who spent years breaking down primal cuts, chasing the perfect steak, and fighting the good fight against bland, filler-loaded seasonings. My wife Deniz, A FILMMAKER & STORYTELLER, and I built this brand in our kitchen in Katy, Texas, with our two little taste-testers, Clementine and Finnegan, running around underfoot.

 

We wanted something different: seasonings as clean as the meat we put on the table. No sugar. No seed oils. No weird fillers. Just bold, honest flavor that makes every cut taste like it deserves.

 

This isn’t factory-made spice dust. This is wildly clean, big-flavor rubs crafted by a butcher who knows what real meat should taste like. But it’s also family-made — every jar that leaves our hands is something we’re proud to feed our own kids.

 

From backyard grills to weeknight dinners, our mission is simple: help you fuel the fire and make every bite unforgettable.
