Updated: Mar 25, 2021

Made with our BUTCHER'S BLEND All-Purpose Rub

Easter dinner is coming up fast and it's time to bring BIG flavor to the table! This recipe is short, sweet, and incredibly simple. So you can spend less time in the kitchen, and more time hunting down Easter eggs! Just don’t fill up on jelly beans, because you’re going to want to save room for this!

Ingredients

  • Spiral Cut Ham - between 6-10 lbs.

  • Black Cherry Preserves - 2 Cups

  • Dijon Mustard - 1/2 Cup

  • Apple Juice - 1/2 Cup

  • The Butcher’s Cut BUTCHER’S BLEND All-Purpose Rub - 1 Tablespoon

Instructions

  • Start by firin’ up your smoker! We’re using a mix of Apple & Cherry wood and aiming for a cook temperature of 250F.

  • To make the glaze, go ahead and add the Black Cherry Preserves, Dijon Mustard, Apple Juice and BUTCHER’S BLEND to a food processor, and blend on high for 1 minute.

  • Once up to temperature, go ahead and add your ham to the smoker, glazing every 20 minutes.

  • Cook for about 19 minutes per lb. or until the internal temperature of the ham reaches 140F.

  • Remove and let rest for 20 minutes before serving.

There you have it meat heads!
